Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your article to request an exchange. we have a No Return policy, you can either request an exchange for the article or we can issue a credit note for the billed amount once we receive the article (purchased product) back at our dispatch center and it clears the quality check.
To be eligible for an exchange, your article must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your the article is accepted, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Articles sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the article (or articles) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong package, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your order, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchanged, please contact us at info@raaslife.in.
